This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived benefits, perceived ease of use,
level of trust, service features, and perceived risk of interest in using e-money
(Study of OVO users in Purwokerto). This research uses quantitative research
methods, non-probability sampling techniques, obtained through purposive
sampling. The research sample was 130 respondents. The research method used
in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show
that perceived benefits and perceived risk have no significant effect on interest in
using e-money, while perceived ease of use, Trust Level and Service Features
have a significant effect on Interest in using e-money. Furthermore, the results of
the simultaneous analysis show that perceived of Benefits, perceived of Ease of
Use, Level of Trust, Service Features, and perceived Risk have a significant effect
on Interest in Using E-money. While the variability of all variables has an
influence on Interest in Using E-money by 57,1%.
