The type of research is quantitative research. This study aimed to analyze the effect of assets structure, profitability, liquidity, and firm size on capital structure. Independents variables this research are assets structure, profitability, liquidity, and firm size, while dependent variable is capital sctructure. The population in this study were property and real estate sector companies listed in Indonesia Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) during 2014-2017 period. The sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling, so obtained 17 companies. The results showed that assets structure and firm size have not affect toward the capital structure, while the profitability and liquidity have affect toward the capital structure
