The number of people keeping and consuming, storge drugs and
antibiotics without a doctor’s prescription is high. Many problem have been seen
due to this bad habit. To improve the people;s knowladge, attitude, and behavior
on rationa ue of stronge drug by educating them trough social media WhatsApp
Messanger. The research employed a pre experimental methode or ask usually
nows as aninterventional study. It is a research design ti find out the cause-effect
relationship in a form of One-Group Pretest-Postest Design. The test was done by
wilcoxon test. The result from their knowladge, their average score. Before the
treatment was 9.34 and the one after it was 10.50. seen from their attitude, their
score was 51.50 and 53.02 before and after treatmentrespectively. In terms of their
behavior, the score was 41.7 before the treatment and was 44.57 after it. It means
that the education using the media has improved the people’sknowladge, attitude,
and behavior. The conclusion, the intervention using WhatsApp Messanger in this
study has improved the knowladge, attitude, and behavior of the publicon the
rational use of srong drugs.
