This research aims to determine the influence of training, motivation, work discipline and organizational culture on the performance of PT employees. Kedungreja's Place for Noble Love. The sample used in this research was 120 Production Department employees using saturated sampling. The analysis used is the F test, t test and adjusted R2. The results of this research based on the F test state that training, motivation, work discipline and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Kedungreja's Place for Noble Love. Based on the t test, it was obtained; (a) training has a significant effect on employee performance. (b) motivation has a significant effect on employees. (c) work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance (d) organizational culture has no significant effect on employee performance. Based on the Adjusted R2 coefficient of determination test, it shows that the influence of training, motivation, work discipline and organizational culture on employee performance is 96.4%, while the remaining 3.6% is influenced by variables outside the research model.
