Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of relationship marketing, product quality and trust in customer satisfaction. The object of this study is the BRI Dukuhwaluh bank customer. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that relationship marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, trust has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of data analysis shows that relationship marketing, product quality and trust in customer satisfaction
