This study aims to determine the effect of Training, Work Safety,
Transformational Leadership, and Work Discipline toward Employee
Performance at production department. The type of this study is quantitative
research. Sampling method used in this study saturated samples or purposive
sampling method that generated 104 respondents. The subject used in this study is
PT. Waroeng Batok Industry Cilacap. Data analysis techniques used in this study
is multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that Training, Work
Safety, Transformational Leadership, and Work Discipline have a significant
positive effect towards Employee Performance at production department. The
result also showed that Training has biggest effect towards Employee
Performance compared to other variables.
