This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of debt policy, profitability, investment decisions on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable. In this study also detected the effect of dividend policy moderation on debt policy, profitability, investment decisions on firm value. This research was conducted at a Customer Goods company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2013-2017. There are 70 samples used, using purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis, based on the results of this study concluded that debt policy has no significant effect on firm value, while profitability and investment decisions have a significant positive effect on firm value, the results of this study also concluded that dividend policy is not able to moderate debt policy, profitability on the value of the company and investment decisions on the value of the company.
