This study aims to analyze the effect of perceptions of prices, customer value and facilities on customer satisfaction used Bus Efficiency in Purwokerto. The population in this study were Bus Efficiency customers in Purwokerto. The sample in this study amounted to 92 people taken using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used descriptive tests, validity tests, reliability tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and model match tests. The results showed that price perceptions have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, customer value has a positive positive effect on customer satisfaction, and facilities have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction.
