The purpose the this research was to examine the effect of transformasional leadership style, work discipline, self efficacy on employees performance of aluminium company, namely PT. Starmas Inti Aluminium Industry Tangerang. The samples in research used Non Probability Sampling menthod with purposive sampling techique and the number of sample is 99 respondents. This analiysis techique uses multiple linier regression analysis, test coefficient of determination, t test dan f test. Based on the test results, it is known that transformasional leadership has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, self efficacy has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The most influential variable on employee performance is self efficacy.
