Abstract
Latarbelakang: Pemberian ASI Eksklusif sampai saat ini masih belum terlaksana dengan baik sesuai dengan target pemerintah. Hal ini dikarenakan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti jenis pekerjaan. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan jenis pekerjaan ibu menyusui bayi usia 6-12 bulan dengan status ASI eksklusif. Metode: Desaian deskripsi korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel, peneliti menggunakan stratified random sampling sebanyak 36 responden. Analisis menggunakan uji Chi-square. Hasil: Ibu sebagian besar responden berumur 21-35 tahun, pendidikan sedang sebanyak 29 (80,6%) dan paritas multipara sebanyak 23 (63,9%). Ibu di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kalimanah sebagian besar jenis pekerjaan fisik sebanyak 29 (80,6%). Ibu di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kalimanah sebagian besar ibu memberikan ekskulsif sebanyak 27 (75,0%) dan 9 (25,0%) tidak memberikan ASI Eksklusif. Hasil uji chi square menunjukkan (p value < 0,05), artinya ada hubungan jenis pekerjaan ibu menyusui bayi usia 6-12 bulan dengan status ASI eksklusif. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan jenis pekerjaan ibu menyusui bayi usia 6-12 bulan dengan status ASI eksklusif di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kalimanah
