This research is to find on out the effect of financial attitudes, financial literacy, and motivation on investment decisions. The population of this study is high school teachers / equivalent in the country in Purwokerto Timur, using 240 respondents. The technique of collecting the data is purposive sampling and data analysis used to test by validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show simultaneously financial attitudes, financial literacy, and motivation have a significant positive effect on investment decisions. Financial literacy and motivation have a significantpositive effect on investment decisions . Meanwhile the financial attitude partially does not have a significant positive effect on investment decisions.
