Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the influence of the training, working discipline, communication, and competence on employee performance against. The population of this research are the employees of PT. Multibrata Anugerah Utama this research sample and as many as 120 employees using convenience sampling. The analysis of the data used in this study i.e validity test, reliability test, classical assumptions test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F-test. The t-test analysis results showed that the training, work discipline, communication, and competence in partial influence on the performance of employees. F test results showed that the training, work discipline, communication, and competence in simultaneous influence on employee performance. Implications of research for PT. Multibrata Anugerah Utama has been discussed in this study.
