This study aims to find empirical evidence of the effect of turnover of cash, receivables turnover, inventory turnover, corporate governance towards profitability. The population in this study is the property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesian Syariah Stock Index (ISSI) during 2015-2017 periods. The type of research is quantitative research. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique and generated 34 companies, and 102 data observations. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the study found that cash turnover and inventory turnover have a positive effect on profitability. While receivables turnover and corporate governance have no effect on profitability.
