The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that influence the
increase in the performance of SCTV Jakarta employees. This research was
conducted at one of the television companies in Indonesia, namely Surya Citra
Televisi (SCTV). The data analysis used in this research was scoring, validity of
data test, classical asumption test, multiple regression test, coefficient of
determination test, f test, and t test. The sampling technique is done by slovin
formula and purposive sampling method so that the samples of this research were
100 employees. The results of this research showed that self efficacy,
organizational commitment, and organizational climate have a positive siginicant
effect on the performance of SCTV employees. While the career development have
no significant effect on the performance of SCTV employees. Simultaneously, self
efficacy, organizational commitment, organizational climate, and career
development have a significant effect on the performance of SCTV employees.
