Disaster risk is a potential loss caused by disasters in an area within a certain
time. It can be in the form of death, injuries, illnesses, threatened life, security loss,
displacement, damage or property loss, and the use of community activities. This
research aims to find out the risk of landslide on the utilization of non-farming land in
sub-watershed of Kali Arus Banyumas Regency. It uses survey method. The used data
are primary and secondary data. The primary data is the loss on each utilization of
non-farming land and the secondary data is the landslide vulnerability data. The used
data analyses are descriptive quantitative and descriptive qualitative analyses. They
use Risk Table analysis which derived from the table of loss. A loss map is also made.
The research result indicates that there are three classifications, namely low-risk class,
moderate-risk class, and high-risk class. The low-risk class has 0.012% area with nonfarming
land use of 0.191 Ha, the moderate-risk class has 48.294% area with nonfarming
land use of 742.472 Ha, and the high-risk class has 51.692% area with nonfarming
land use of 794.708 Ha. Thus, it can be concluded that the widest classes with
landslide risk belong to moderate-risk class and high-risk class.
