This research aims to test the influence of Free Cash Flow, the company's growth, dividend policy and the size of the company against the debt policy at a manufacturing company registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange in period 2013 to 2017. The method of sampling used a purposive sampling and retrieved 176 data from 38 companies. The methods of data analysis used Multiple Linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that Free Cash Flow, the company's growth and the company size have positive effect against debt policy while the dividend policy has no effect against a debt policy.
