The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Murabahah and Musyarakah financing on the development of MSMEs in BPRS Khasanah Ummat customers in the Purwokerto area. Independent variables in this study are Murabahah and Musyarakah Financing, while the dependent variable is the development of MSMEs. Population in this study were customers of BPRS Khasanah Ummat Purwokerto. Data were taken by purposive sampling method and obtained 41 respondents. Data were analyzed using data instrument test, the classical assumption test, the Multiple Regression test and the hypothesis test. The results showed that the Murabahah financing variable has a significant positive effect on the MSMEs development, while the Musyarakah financing has a not significant effect on the MSMEs development.
