The type of research used in this study is quantitative research to analyze
the effect of discipline, training and transformational leadership style towards
performance of Village Officer in Sumbang District, Banyumas Regency. The
object of this study is Village Officer in Sumbang District, Banyumas Regency,
using samples of 143 respondents. The data collection technique used was
purposive sampling while the data analysis techniques used in were validity and
reliability tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and
hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis showed that partially, discipline has
a significant positive effect on performance, training has a significant positive
effect on performance and transformational leadership style has a significant
positive effect on performance. Discipline, training and transformational
leadership styles simultaneously affects performance.
