All this time,the teaching and learning processes at MTs Pembangunan of UIN Jakarta are still conventionally applied;the process runs ifa meeting betweenteacher and students in the classroomtakes place. E-learning is a system used as a support for teaching and learning activities. The E-learning system that is built includes uploading / downloading material and assignments, practicingquestions and examinations online by applying the fisher-yates algorithm, and managing student grades by the teacher. The fisher-yates algorithm acts torandomize questions and answers during practice of answering questions. System developmentwas used as the design of this research. Data collection methods used in this final project are literature studies to find researchproblem,case studies for in-depth examination in systematic ways, and interviews to collect data. Waterfall method was used to as development method in this final project.Itis a software development method with a sequential approach that has system engineering and analysis activities, software needanalysis, designing, coding, testing, and maintenance. The results of this final project are an E-learning system thatprovides facilitiesof uploading / downloadingfor both materialsand assignments, randomizingquestions in exam / with byapplying the fisher-yates algorithm, and managingstudents’grades at MTs Pembangunan of UIN Jakarta.
