This study aimed to examine the influence of intellectual capital,
intellectual capital disclosure, institutional ownership, and foreign ownership of
firm value. The population of this study is bank and financial institution listed on
the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the years 2013-2016. This study using
purposive sampling method. The number of samples in this study is 64 companies
that fit the criteria. The method of this analysis in this study used multiple
regression, classic assumption, test model fit, and hypothesis testing. The results
of this study show that intellectual capital, intellectual capital disclosure,
institutional ownership, and foreign ownership affect simultaneously on the firm
value. The results of this analysis also show that intellectual capital disclosure and
institutional ownership have a positive and significant impact on firm value.
However, intellectual capital have a negative and significant effect on firm value.
While, foreign ownership does not have significant effect on the firm value.
