This research is entitled The Psychological Conflicts of Main Characters on An Anthology (Short Story Compilation) Entitled Kawin Muda By Jajak MD "; It aims to describe the psychological conflict in the main character of Kawin Muda anthology written by Jajak MD, and its causes.
The objects in this study are citations of psychological conflict of the main character in Kawin Muda anthology. The approach used in this research is psychological literature. While the data are collected by reading and recording technique.
The research finds that the psychological conflicts that occur in the main character of Kawin Muda anthology consisting of approach to approach conflict, approach to avoidance conflict, and avoidance to avoidance conflict In addition, some factors causing psychological conflicts in the main character are: personal (individual) and situational factors. Personal factors (individual) consist of two types, namely biological and socio-psychological. Whereas situational factors consist of several types of ecology, design and architecture, time-base, behavioral environment, technology, social and psychosocial factors, and behavior improvement.
