This study determines the effect of capital structure, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, profitability, good corporate governance, and growth opportunity on firm value. This study was an explanatory research with quantitative approach. The population used in this study is manufacture company listed in Indonesian Stocks Exchange in 2014-2016 period and the determination of the sample was using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used was the classical assumption test and multiple linier regression. The results of the study prove that capital structure (DER), managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and growth opportunity partially has a positive and insignificant effect on the firm value. Profitability (ROE) and good corporate governance partially has a positive and significant effect on the firm value.
