Abstract
This study aims to find out the effect of job stress, organizational culture and compensation on the performance of employees of Sambel Layah Restaurant in Purwokerto. In this research, the researchers do sampling by distributing questionnaire to the respondents, using survey method . The sampling technique in this research used random sampling. Analysis in this research using multiple linear regression analysis.
The result of the research by using partial test (t test) proved that the variable of job stress partially has significant negative effect on the employees performance of Sambel Layah Restaurant in Purwokerto and the variable of compensation partially has significant positive effect on the employees performance of Sambel Layah Restaurant in Purwokerto, while organizational culture partially did not has a significant positive effect to employees performance of Sambel Layah Restaurant in Purwokerto. Result of this research by using simultaneous test (F test) together show that variable job stress, organizational culture and compensation have a significant effect on employees performance of Sambel Layah Restaurant in Purwokerto.
