This study aims to provide empirical evidence on effert of asset structure,
liquidity, company size, profitability, and bussines risk to capital structure. The
population used in this research is mining companies listed in Indonesian Sharia
Stock Index (ISSI) during 2013-2016 period, total this sample are 44 mining
companies. The data are collected using purposive sampling technique. Method of
analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS aplication. The
research result showed that the asset structure, liquidity, company size, and
profitability negatively affected on the capital structure. While bussines risk does
not positively affected on the capital structure.
