This study aims to test product quality, service quality, and servicescape to customer satisfaction of Ayam Penyet Surabaya Purwokerto. This research uses non probability sampling method, with purposive sampling technique is sample determination method based on certain criteria. The sample in this study are consumers who have ever eaten Ayam Penyet Surabaya and people aged over 17 years. The sample of this research is 97 respondents. The results of this study conclude simultaneously the quality of product, service quality, and servicescape have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction Ayam Penyet Surabaya. Partially product quality, service quality, and servicescape have positive and significant impact to customer satisfaction, then Ayam Penyet Surabaya should pay attention to product quality, service quality, and servicescape.
