Identification of Bacteria contamination in Pure Milk, Pasteurized Milk, and Milk UHT In Various Package Available In Purwokerto using the method of identification and isolation of bacteria which then performed the calculation using the method of APM. Under the guidance of Research on bacterial contamination in pure milk, pasteurized milk, and UHT milk was done using ALT, Coliform, Escherichia coli, Staphylococus areus and Salmonella Sp. Calculation method using APM and using selective medium EMBA, SSA, PCA, NA, LB, SCB, and MSA. The result of the test of bacteria count of 4 samples maximum limit, and 5 samples still in decent consumption. The results of bacterial identification of pure isolation obtained by bacteria are heat resistant, and basil form with flagellum.
