This research aimed to find out the effect of tourism marketing service mix on
traveller satisfaction in the Taman Rekreasi Margasatwa Serulingmas. The
number samples of this research amounted to 80 repondents selected using
purposive sampling technique. The type of tourist being or visited the tourism, at
least 16 years old.
The result of multiple linear regression analysis showed partially that product,
price, physical eviden and personal positive impacted to tourism satisfaction
significantly. The result of multiple linear regression analysis showed partially
that place, promotion and proces positive impacted to tourism satisfaction are not
significantly. In addition, simultaneously product, price, place, promotion,
physical eviden, personal and proces impacted to tourism satisfaction
significantly. The result of independent t-test analysis there is no significantly
difference for tourists men and women.
