Abstract

The type of research is determine the effect of motivation, transformational
leadership and work discipline on employee performance. The research used is
quantitative research, The subject of this research is employee on Sekretariat
Daerah Kabupaten Banjarnegara. The sample in this research is determined by
probability sampling method. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear
Regression Analysis. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, the results
of this study concluded that motivation has a significant positive effect on employee
performance, transformational leadership style has a significant positive effect on
employee performance and work discipline has’nt positive and insignificant effect on
employee performance. Simultaneously motivation, transformational leadership style
and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance.
