Abstract
The purpose of this research was to examine and analyze the influence of
organizational culture, transformational leadership and work discipline on the
employee performance case study on HRD of PT. EJIP Cikarang. The method of
census sampling was used to determine the sample in this research. Data were
analyzed by using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. From the result of this
research, it can be concluded that organizational culture affected the employee
performance, while the transformational leadership and work discipline did not.
Organizational culture, transformational leadership and work discipline
simultaneously affect the employee performance.
