The purposes of this research is to examine the effects of capital structure, profitability, growth, size and dividend policy on firm value of manufacturing companies which are listed in the Indonesia stock exchange during 2014-2016. This research uses time series data from the Manufacturing companies Published Financial Reports during 2011 – 2016 periods. The population used in this research are 148 manufacturing companies. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The samples of the study are 48 manufacturing companies. The results of this study indicate that the capital structure, company growth and size has no significant effect on firm Value. Profitability has a positive effect on firm value. Dividend policy has a negative effect on firm value.
