The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of financial decisions,
investment decisions, profitability and company size toward company value. The
dependent variable used is company value, while independent variable is
financial decision, investment decision, profitability and company size.
Populations is all companies listed in the LQ45 index listed on the Indonesia
Stock Exchange during 2012-2016 periods, so the sample amounted to 95 samples
obtained through purposive sampling method. After analyzed multiple linear
regression, the result indicated that the variable of financial decision has
significantly positive effect toward company value. Investment decision variable
has significantly positive effect toward company value. Profitability has
significantly positive effect toward company value. While company size has
significantly negative effect toward company value.
