Abstract

The study aims to finds the influence of each variable studied is the
analysis of the effect of consumer satisfaction, switching cost, and brand image of
consumer loyalty on consumers courier service JNE Branch Purwokerto. This
research use quantitative research methods with non probability sampling
technique, obtained through purposive sampling that is the determination of the
sample based on certain criteria. Population in this research is consumer of
courier service of JNE Branch of Purwokerto. The sample of this research is 93
respondents. The research method used in this research is the validity test, test of
classical assumption test reliability, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of
determination, and hypothesis test. The result of the analysis show that partially
consumer satisfaction has unsignificant positive effect on consumer loyalty.
Switching cost, and brand image have a significant positive effect on consumer
loyalty. Furthermore, the simultaneous analysis result show that consumer
satisfaction , switching cost, and brand image influence on consumer loyalty.
While the variability of all variables have an influence on consumer loyalty of
52,3%.
