This reseach examines the effect of job stress, the communication and work environment towards job satisfaction in KPP Pratama Purwokerto. This subject of this research was the employees of KPP Pratama Purwokerto. The sampeles are amoundted to 96 respondents. The sampling technique used in the study is random sampling techniques. The data measurerement is done by distributing questionnaires using 5-point Likert scale.
The analysis technique used is validity and reability test, classical asumsi test, multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that job stress has negative significant effect on the job satisfaction of employees, while communication and work environmentt has positive significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
