The research aims to examine the effect of liquidity, leverage, profitability
and company size toward the completeness of finance report either partial or
simultaneous. Purposive sampling was used to collectived data and take amount
35 samples of Property and Real Estate company for period 2008 to 2010, there
are listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange. Methods of analysis using multiple
regression analysis with 95% confidence level.
This result indicate that there is a significant relationship between
influence liquidity, leverage, profitability and company size toward the
completeness of finance report. From partial only positive influence company size
towards the completeness of finance report. While variable liquidity do not have
positive influence toward the completeness of finance report. Variable leverage
do not have positive influence toward the completeness of finance report, variable
profitability do not have positive influence toward the completeness of finance
report.
