This research is a quantitative descriptive research to find on out the effect of
financial literacy, financial experience, and locus of control toward behavioural
finance manager investment planning. The sampling method was purposive
sampling, based on family income with a minimum income of Rp 4.500.000 every
month. This study used a questionnaire distributed to respondents as many as 120
people. The technique of analysing the data was by validity and reliability test,
descriptive statistic, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis,
hypothesis test and moderate test.
The results of this study indicate that financial literacy partially does not
affect the behaviour of investment planning, but the financial experience and
locus of control partially influence the behaviour of family investment planning,
and the attitude of financial managers do not moderate the influence of financial
literacy, financial experience and locus of control on behaviour family investment
planning.
