Abstract
This research aimed to know the effect of both financial and non-financial compensations partially toward employees’ performance on Bank Rakyat Indonesia Ltd. Of Purwokerto branch office. To know the effect of both financial and non-financial compensations partially toward work satisfaction at the bank. To know that work satisfaction affected partially toward the employees’ performance at the bank. To know both financial and non-financial compensation affecting employees’ performance mediated by work satisfaction.
Method of sample collection was purposive sampling, and its criteria were the employees who have worked for more than 1 year. The samples numbers were 86 respondents who work at Purwokerto Branch Offices of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Ltd. The researcher used intervening regression for analyzing and its significance level was (a) 0,05.
The research result showed variable of work satisfaction was not reliable so it could not be analyzed in the following test. Financial compensation partially affected the employees’ performance, its significance score was 0,017 less than 0,05. Non-financial compensation partially did not affect the employees’ performance in significant number, and its significance score was 0,072 more than 0,05.
