Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variable facilities,
quality medical services, paramedic service quality and the quality of medical
support services for customer satisfaction in hospitals Banjarnegara. Sampling
technique using accidental sampling technique in the study consisted of 108
respondents. Testing hypotheses using multiple regression analysis.
Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, the results showed
that simultaneous variable facilities, quality medical services, paramedic services
and the quality of medical support service quality has a positive and significant
impact on customer satisfaction in hospitals Banjarnegara. These results indicated
by the F test results with the calculated F value of 53.050 and the F table at a
significance level of 95% at 2.46. Based on the results of the t test, the results also
indicate that the variable quality of medical services and paramedic service quality
has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction in hospitals
Banjarnegara. While the variable quality of facilities and medical support
services only have a positive but not significant effect on customer satisfaction in
hospitals Banjarnegara.
