The aim of this research are to examine the influence of Corporate Governance (represented by institutional ownership and independent commisioner board), profitability (represented by ROE), and company size on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure mining company registered in the period 2007-2010 BEI. This research used data annual report whose disclose CSR activities mining companies from the sample of 30 companies over four periods in 2007-2010 with a total of 103 samples, applying purposive sampling technique. The analyzing use in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results show that simultaneously with variables institutional ownership, independent commisioners board, ROE, and company size have a positive influence on the Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure. Partially, only two independent variables that positive influence are independent commisoner board and company size, while institutional ownership and ROE do not have positive influence on the Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure.
