This research aimed to find out the correlation between social
economic condition and interest in sending children to higher education
level on the family of wig craftman in KarangbanjarVillage Bojongsari
District Purabaligga Regency, research method used in the research was
survey method by quantitave approach. Poplation in the research was wig
craftsmen with family and had school age children in Seniot High School or
equal level as many as 53 families taken by total sampling. This research
obtained correlation coefficient as -0,044. It meat that there was negative
correlation in very low category between social economi condition and
interest in sending children to higher education level on the family of wig
craftsmen with social economic contributive value of 0,16%
