Abstract
This class action research entitled “improving studens‟ drama script
writing skill though collaboration method on eight graders class D SMP
Muhammadiyah 3 Purwokerto”. This research aimed to know the improvement of
students drama csipt writing sill though collaboration method on eight graders
class D SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Purwokerto.
The research subjects were 31 students consist of 18 males and 13 females.
This research was done in two cycles with four activities for each cycle namely:
planning, action, observation, and reflection. This research was done by the
researcher as a teacher and involving the subjects‟ teacher as the observer.
The data collaboration technique of this researcher was test and
observation. From the result, in cycle I, the precentage of studensts‟ learning
completenes was 64,52%. In the cycle II precentage of students learning
completeness was 83,87%. This research concludes that the application of
collaboration could improve students‟ drama cript writing skill for eight graders
class D SMP Muhammadiyah 3 purwokerto.
