This research entitled “The Analysis an Error of Formal Documents Writing In State Elementary School of 3 Kesenet, Subdistrict of Banjarmanggu District of Banjarnegara Academic Year 2099/2010. The research aimed to know and describe an error of formal documents writing in state elementary school of 3 Kesenet, Subdistrict of Banjarmanggu District of Banjarnegara Academic Year 2099/2010.
The methode were bibliography methode and analytic methode. Bibliography methode was the methode of collecting by reading formal documents in state elementary school of 3 Kesenet, Subdistrict of Banjarmanggu District of Banjarnegara intensively. Next, the writer sorted the data, and distiguish the data that to be needed. The data of the methode of bibliography were written formal document.
The result showed that in formal documents writing in state elementary school of 3 Kesenet, Subdistrict of Banjarmanggu District of Banjarnegara Academic Year 2099/2010 found errors. The errors of spelling consisted of : using of capital letter; italic font. The errors of written language were: derivations, conjuctions, contain, sentences, closing. The errors of the structures of documents were: letterhead, number of the letter, address: the date of the letter; attachment; matter; copied.
