Abstract

This study aims is to examine the influence of self-discipline, motivation
achievments, affective commitment, working environment to job satisfaction in
PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution Area Network Jatinegara, East Jakarta.
Object of this study were all employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution
Area Network Jatinegara, East Jakarta, which amounts to 82 people (census).
The results showed that the Disciplinary) affects the job satisfaction of
employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution Area Network Jatinegara.
Motivation Achievement does not affect the job satisfaction of employees at PT.
PLN (Persero) Distribution Area Network Jatinegara. Affective commitment
affects to employee job satisfaction PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution Area Network
Jatinegara. Working environments affects to employee job satisfaction PT. PLN
(Persero) Distribution Area Network Jatinegara.
