The study is titled "The Effect of Managerial Performance Against Budget Participation in Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment as Moderating Variables (Case Study on Branch Banking in Purwokerto)". The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the effect of budgetary participation on managerial performance, to identify and analyze the influence of leadership style on the relationship between budgetary participation with managerial performance, as well as to identify and analyze the influence of organizational commitment to the relationship between budget participation in managerial performance
The research was conducted on 11 banking companies in the Purwokerto by the number of 30 respondents. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, using the method of simple regression analysis method and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA).
Results of the study, concluded that budgetary participation has positive and significant impact on managerial performance with a value of 2.546 t count bigger than t table value of 1.706, influence of leadership style does not have a positive effect on relations with the participation of the budget or managerial performance of 1.403 t count value is smaller than t table value of 1.706, while the influence of organizational commitment to the relationship between budgetary participation with no positive effect of managerial performance or value of 0.958 t count is less than t table value of 1.706.
