This aims of this research to determine the effect of gender, business strategi, extrepeneur motivation and human resource competency toward UKM performance ( A cace study on UKM agent in Rakit District, Banjarnegara Regency) either partially or simultaneously. The methods used in the sampling is purposive sampling.The analytical method used was multiple linear regression test with a level of significant (α) 0.05.
The results of this study showedgender, business strategy, entrepreneur motivation and human resource competency simultaneously effected toward to performance UKM with a significantly level(α=0,000).Whereas partially gender showed did not effect significantly toward UKM performance (α = 0,262), while the business strategi (α = 0,000), entrepreneur motivation (α = 0,000), and human resource competency (α = 0,006) effected significantly towardUKM performance.
