One of the important components in company planning is budget. It is a plan for the future. It identifies the activity to reach the goal. Many accountants found the budget difference is influenced by many factors including the role and participation of employees in the budgeting process. From that background, it makes the writer interested to entitle the research into “influence of Organizational Commitment, Uncertainty of environment, working motivation in the relation of budgeting participation with the budget difference (empirical study in private hospital in Purwokerto)”
The research took 47 respondents which was analyzed by 47 respondents belongs to financial administration in five private hospital in Purwokerto. the purposive sampling was carried out in selecting the sample, the method of sample collection with certain criteria based on purpose of the research.
