Abstract

This study aimed to figure out the correlation of students’ learning mode with geography learning achievement in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Kejobong Purbalingga Regency Academic year 2013/2014.
Research method used was survey method and data collecting method used were questionnaire on learning mode and also documentation to obtain students learning achievement on geography subject. The population in this research was all students of class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Kejobong totalled 54 students. The collected data were analyzed by using product moment correlation.
The result showed that there was significant correlation between students learning mode and geography learning achievement in class XI IPS SMA Negeri Kejobong. The better studen learning mode, the better learning achievement and vice versa.
