Abstract

This study entitled Analysis of Discourse Ad Persuasion on the Supply of Goods and Services Brochure in Purwokerto. The purpose of this study to describe the types of speech acts, forms of speech acts (locutions, ilokusi and perlokusi), and communication aspects of the discourse of persuasion found in advertisements in the brochure offering goods and services.
The data in this study is the discourse of advertising in the brochure offering goods and services. The data obtained by investigators as many as 50 successful advertising discourses on the supply of goods and services brochure is divided into nine types of goods supply 26 Type/name and 10 types of service offerings 24 Type/name. This study is a qualitative descriptive study. This research method involves three stages, namely, providing stage data, the data analysis phase, and the stage presentation of the results of data analysis. Phase using the method of providing data refers to the next technique, which involved free Listen Proficient. Stage of data analysis in this study were obtained and analyzed based on three components, namely the analysis based on the type of speech act, speech act analysis based on shape, and the analysis based on the communication aspect. In the data analysis phase of this research frontier by using the basic techniques, the decisive element technique aggregated and using the agih method with markers reading techniques. Stage presentation of data using informal methods, namely the presentation of the usual words, although the terminology is technical in nature.
From the results of this study can be summarized as follows: (1) the types of speech acts are speech acts that used direct and indirect speech acts, speech acts literal, literal speech act directly, and indirect speech acts literal. (2) the speech act is found to include locutions, and perlokusi ilokusi. Speech act locutions include locutions statements, questions and commands. Speech act assertively stated ilokusi ilokusi includes facts, assertive bragging, directive rule, commissive offer, expressive praise. Follow perlokusi include perlokusi make t know that, making t think about, making t do something, to attract attention. (3) aspects of communication which includes social, geographic, economic (commercial), and religious aspects.
