Medical education department is a new study program in University of
Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. Due to large number of registrars of Medical
Education study program, the system of new students admission is needed.
Therefore, a system of decision support using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)
is made for the sake of the need. The data in a from of Medical Education students
data were collected from the New Students Addmission Office (PMB) through
documentation and interview method in 2014. The stages used in this research
were Decision Support System (DSS) phases including intelligent, design, choice,
and implementation phase. The criteria used were CBT (Computer Based Test),
Psycho-test, Interview, National Exam score, School Exam score, and Raport. The
calculation results the rank for determining the new students of Medical Faculty
based on the score of candidate of the new students.
