Active role in college is very important as a lecturer teaching in the learning process.
Lecturer is a major cornerstone in the transformation of science given by the university to
its students. Therefore Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto (UMP) is always
working to improve the quality of the lecturers as one of the most important factors in
the learning process. In support of Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto (UMP) that
information technology can be used to meet the needs of lecturer performance quality
information, in this case the quality of the information obtained from the evaluation
lecturer performance is assessed learning of student teachers. Therefore this study aims
to generate Application Evaluation of Student Learning Lecturer by using a Web-based
programming language PHP, MySql database and proceed with the testing of the system
by using Fuzzy Inference System Tsukamoto method. Expected results of this research in
the form of lecturer learning applications can help evaluation Muhammadiyah University
of Purwokerto (UMP) in terms of improving the quality of lecturers.
