Abstract

This research was aimed at analyzing the impact of the company scale, the public share ownership, leverage and profitability on the completeness of the disclosure of the financial report. The total samples of this research were 25 property and real estate companies listed on Indonesia Stock Ecchange in 2011-2013. The method of data analysis used in this research was double linear regression analysis. The result of this research showed that the company scale did not have positive impact on the completeness of the disclosure of the financial report. On the contrary, the public share ownership and profitability had positive impact on the completeness of the disclosure of the financial report. Moreover, the leverage did not have negative impact on the completeness of the disclosure of the financial report.
